The main body of the landscape membrane structure project of Sichuan South Charge Photographic College adopts a special-shaped and complex steel structure, and the roof uses a combination of three types of membrane materials: PVC, PTFE and ETFE. Because of its unique shape, it brings certain difficulties to technical construction.
In order to solve the difficulties in technical construction, Marriott Space Structure held a technical seminar for this project.
In the meeting, relevant technical personnel analyzed the operational difficulties of this project, as follows:
1. The overall structure is a hyperboloid, which has a high degree of difficulty for design, post-processing, or on-site assembly.
2. The structural accuracy requirements are relatively high, because there is a distance requirement from the concrete structure, and it is necessary to ensure that no displacement and collision occur.
3. There are three types of membrane materials, each type of node is different, and the installation process requires high.
In response to the above problems, the technical staff of each department gave corresponding solutions to ensure that the project can be successfully completed on time.
Finally, under the leadership of Marriott General Manager Zhang, the technical seminar was successfully completed.
