Ulan County Chaka Scenic Area Tourism Poverty Alleviation Infrastructure Project (Phase II) Membrane Structure Project is located in Chaka Scenic Area, Ulan County, Haixi Mongolian-Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province. The project uses 200 tons of steel and the membrane structure has an area of 6000 square meters.

The project is divided into two areas (A1, A2) and irregular area B, covering a total area of 4709.2 square meters.

At present, the construction of the main steel structure in Zone A1 has been completed, the construction of the steel structure columns in Zone A2 has been completed, the steel beams, sinks, and diagonal braces are under construction, and the installation of the membrane structure has begun.
