Shanghai-Tong Railway Zhangjiagang Station Local Supporting Project-the butterfly-shaped sky curtain project in the passenger distribution area on the west side of the station front. The proposed structure is a butterfly-shaped hyperboloid shell membrane structure in the square in front of the Zhangjiagang High-speed Railway Station, Suzhou.
The steel structure of this project is a single-layer hyperbolic reticulated shell structure system, with a symmetrical structure on the plane. The long span of the large wings is about 50m, the short span is about 25m, the small wings have a long span of about 35m, and the short span direction is about 15m. The top of the building is a hyperbolic shape, and the highest point of the building is about 17 meters high. The total steel consumption is 800 tons, and the total membrane area is about 7000 square meters.
The overall building structure process node has complex and diverse shapes, short construction period, and great difficulty. The construction of this project has opened up a new chapter for our company in the field of spatial curved steel structure and complex membrane structure.
