Congratulations on our winning the bid of curtain wall and balustrade project of the third section of Block A of China Communications Hainan Headquarters Base Project. The total amount of steel used in this project is about 80 tons, and the membrane material is ETFE double layer air pillow film, covering an area of about 2300 square meters. This is Wanhao 2022's 15th bid, Wanhao will continue to work hard to create more brilliant.
In order to promote the construction of Hainan free trade Port, China Communications Hainan Headquarters Base Project is the first landed project developed by China Communications Construction in the east bank unit of Sanya CBD. It integrates business office, business social, business sharing, business art and other functional forms, and strives to build a high-standard headquarters business center and a new benchmark for international business ecology. The project is divided into two parcels, A and B, of which the Beijing Construction Branch of China Communications First Public Bureau Group Co., Ltd. undertakes the construction project of A, covering an area of 19.93 mu, with a total construction area of about 97,000 square meters, including three 90-meter-high office buildings and two commercial podium buildings. It is an urban complex landmark project gathering free trade, headquarters office, business finance, business networking and other industries.
Wanhao construction team has entered the project and is installing the sink keel part. The overall construction progress of the project is moving forward methodically.
