The Australian tennis court membrane structure project is located in Oceania in the far southern hemisphere, and the shortest straight-line distance from the southernmost tip of China in the northern hemisphere is 2,600 kilometers. Wanhao undertakes the overall design, structural design and processing of the steel membrane structure.
The project site has a humid subtropical climate all year round, with warm and strong sunshine in winter and hot and humid summer. After fully considering the needs and uses of the owner, the Wanhao team calculated the steel structure and membrane structure nodes according to Australian standards and local loads, and strived to provide customers with the most lightweight structure modeling and matching lighting effects.
The steel structure is connected by full flanges, with a maximum span of 40 meters steel structure . The Wanhao factory adopts the most advanced processing technology and strictest quality control. After the production is completed, the pre-assembly is carried out smoothly to ensure that the installation and construction size of the owner is correct.
The total steel consumption of the project is 400 tons, and the PVDF film development area is 15,000 square meters. Wanhao adheres to the attitude of service first, and strives to achieve excellence in the project, and once again accumulated rich experience for export projects.
