In order to better serve the construction workers, strengthen the overall coordination among the various departments of the company, and at the same time deepen the employees’ understanding of the company’s business and construction projects, on October 17th,WanhaoSpace Structure organized employees to study and visit the construction by our company. Taizhou Dabanqiao ETFE air pillow canopy project and Wenzhou Tieding Yoland Park ETFE canopy and PTFE landscape umbrella membrane structure project.
After arriving at the construction site, the person in charge of the project department first warmly welcomed the visiting colleagues, and then introduced the project department’s project overview, internal management, organizational structure, external coordination, and the next phase of work priorities and difficulties. Of employees have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the operation and management of the project department.
Then the person in charge of the project took everyone to visit the construction site and introduced some professional knowledge of the project in combination with the on-site construction.
The visiting colleagues listened carefully to the process explained by the relevant staff; felt the pride and pride of being a Wanhao member, and also felt the hardship and difficulty of the construction site. Everyone said that they will do more and learn more in the future work. Own professional skills, strive to grow into an excellent Wanhao person, and contribute to the company's sustained, stable and healthy development.
