The proposed structure of the butterfly shaped sky curtain project in the passenger distribution area on the west side in front of Zhangjiagang station of Shanghai Tonghua Railway is a butterfly shaped hyperboloid shell membrane structure in the square in front of Zhangjiagang high speed railway station in Suzhou, which is divided into four parts: large and small wings.

The steel structure of the project is a single-layer hyperbolic reticulated shell structure system, which is a symmetrical structure on the plane. The long span of the large wing is about 50m, the short span is about 25m, the long span of the small wing is about 35m, and the short span direction is about 15m. The top surface of the building is hyperbolic, and the elevation of the highest point of the building is about 17 meters. The total steel consumption is 800 tons, and the total area of membrane is about 7000 square meters.

At present, the steel structure of the project is nearing the end, and the membrane structure is ready to be installed.
