  Ulan County Chaka Scenic Area Tourism Poverty Alleviation Infrastructure Project (Phase II) Membrane Structure Project is located in Chaka Scenic Area, Ulan County, Haixi Mongolian-Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province. The project uses 200 tons of steel and the membrane structure develops an area of 6000 square meters.
