The thermal insulation membrane structure project of the sewage pond of the industrial sewage plant in the Kunlun Industrial Zone of the Golmud Industrial Park is located in Golmud City, Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, and was constructed by Ningbo Wanhao Space Structure Engineering Co., Ltd.
The project mainly constructs the second settling tank, hydrolysis acidification tank and pre-sedimentation tank insulation membrane structure installation of the first phase of the 25,000 cubic meters/day industrial sewage treatment plant in the Kunlun Industrial Zone of the Golmud Industrial Park. The project uses 230 tons of steel, and the expanded area of the membrane structure is 5,000 square meters.
This project is the first domestic project that uses high-quality ETFE membrane materials as materials for the anti-lift sewage tank. ETFE film material is commonly known as soft glass, which has 95% light transmittance, and can be used directly instead of glass. It has the characteristics of light weight, softness and stretchability, and low structural requirements. It is effective for the sunlight and ultraviolet radiation required by sewage treatment tanks. Very good effect.
Currently, the membrane structure of the project is being installed, and the final effect is expected.
