[Excellence•Fortune Plaza] is a large-scale urban commercial complex focusing on building leisure, entertainment, business and five-star hotels in Xintai City. The construction area is about 65,000 square meters and the total investment is about 350 million yuan. It is a commercial complex project with the largest investment and construction area in Xintai City, and is a key investment promotion project of Xinfu Community and Xintai City Government.
Among them, the membrane structure roof project of Xintai Excellence·Fortune Plaza was constructed by Ningbo Marriott Space Structure Engineering Co., Ltd.
The project area is divided into area A, area B, and area C. The area C does not meet the construction conditions, and the installation of area AB is carried out first. At present, the construction of the corbels in the AB area has been completed, and the drawing experiment has been qualified. The subsequent column installation is carried out according to the process, and the steel structure in the A area has been installed.
