Recently, Tangshan Port air film strip warehouse project has obtained the review opinions of special fire design and the approval of construction drawing design. The project is located in the east of No. 36 to No. 40 coal berth yard in Jingtang Port District of Tangshan Port. Upon completion, it will set a new record for the single unit area of the gas film industry, and become the largest single unit area in China and the first strip warehouse of the gas film structure applied to the storage yard of a coastal port, filling the blank of the application of the gas film warehouse in our port.
Air film structure strip warehouse is an important measure to strengthen green port construction and fulfill the main responsibility of environmental protection. With a length of 1,130 meters, a span of 130 meters, a height of 55 meters and a total area of about 150,000 square meters, it is expected to be put into operation by the end of December this year.
For a long time, dust control in open yard is the focus of environmental protection work in port enterprises. The air-supported membrane structure is adopted to construct the strip bin, which effectively breaks through the difficulties such as large yard area, diverse types of stockpiling, special material access technology, special regional environment and poor coastal geological conditions. The strip bin with air film structure forms a closed space for the internal storage yard, which can suppress the air pollution caused by cargo dust to the greatest extent. The membrane material itself has high light transmittance and diffuse reflection characteristics, effectively saving the energy consumption of building internal lighting. Through technical means to realize the pressure, gas detection, temperature monitoring, fire alarm and other links of intelligent control.
